Ran at Cottonwood Complex with my team. We did a warm-up, ran the course and then did a cool down. The warm-up was really easy and i kept up with a team member until my ankles just wouldn't bend-they froze. It was so painful to stretch them. Once i got back from my warm-up we began running the course while doing ladders. I eventually caught up to a couple of my team members and ran with them until we finished the course but before i finished the course i managed to pass them. Right after, we ran our cool down and called it a day. I think this is a really good course to run and practice on. |
