I am married to Dustin. We have 3 lively but wonderful boys. Jordan 14, Jansen 7, Jarren 3. I am so lucky to be able to stay at home with them. I am just trying to get into running so I am just starting out easy & slow for now!

Well after 5 1/2 months of  being pregnant and 7 weeks postpartum I decided it is time to start the running back up.  Ran 2 miles over to Zion Canyon Estates Park and back.  With Dustin pushing Jarren in the stroller and Jansen running along with us.  Very nice day today 56 degrees.  I sure hope I can get back into it!!
