I ran a 64.30
traveling all day on a vacation tried to run in the morning but I had too much to do and got to california very late
I didn't run because I got up late and the rest of the day was planned.
I think this is how much I ran. I ran for 75 minustes today on the beach. felt very gluttonous.
got up early and went running on the beach for 44 minutes in one direction and then I turned around.
I think that I ran about 9 miles because I went running for 84 minutes. 45 minutes out and then in pretty fast. I think I strained my right aquilies tendon sometime later in the day. I might have to take it easy this next week?
