My ham string was tight so I slowed it down

I ran the 8 miles in 1:06:30 and then I ran a half mile cool down. It felt good I might start doing this cool down thing more often when I wake up early.

I did this in about 1:08

I ran this with no water in 97 degree humid wheather along the trail at 1 pm in the afternoon. Wow! I ran it in 1:15:30. hundred degree weather and no water adds 5-7 minutes to my 8 mile run.
