walked 1.5 miles but I did not run. I will run 5 the rest of this week and 10 on Saturday

I went running very late and was exhausted. I only ran 5 miles and not 7 which I felt bad about but my body just wasn't moving and I wanted to get home. I ran at a 10 min mile avr.
