We were in a hurry for a teachers end of the year party at springville so I ran 3 miles at about a 8'30" avr.
felt worn out and didn't each much during the day I ran at a sub 11 avr
Felt tired but when running. I didn't feel like running until the 4th mile or so. ran an avr 9'45"
I am feeling great, However my calves seem tight. My legs felt tight for the first 2 miles of the run but then they loosened up.

ran at an avr 9 min mile. my 5 mile run in half up hill from my house just past river side a few block and half down hill. It is easier to run fast when I am warmed up and running down hill.
