Mental vacation felt great. I went running this mornining at 5. It was hard at first to get up but the run felt great. I ran at about a 9min 30 sec pace. I am hoping that over time I will get faster. For right now my goal is to be constent and get my running up to 35 plus miles per week

I got up late around 5:20 so I only ran three miles. It seems that I start off at a shuffle in the morning but I get much faster towards the end. I ran at about a 10 min mile avr

I went running at 9:30 pm and hated every stride. But I did it.

Went running at 6:30 this morning and I had to climb on a wall to jump over some water. I think I might have very very lightly sprang my left ankle. I will take it easy and only run 3 tomorrow probably thought I was planning on running 5.

I ran 1 mile to go easy on the ankle. It was sore during the run but I don't think I went too far.
