I am going to try and run 3 everyday. today I ran 1.5 miles to work and 1.5 miles home. There was an hour brake in between while I was working. there is a big hill in the run.

Felt very slow and sluggish yet I felt that I was in a good running rhythm. 9 min avr.

The muscle in my upper right thigh felt pulled and I got home around 10 pm from the temple. In addition I will be transitioning to morning runs tomorrow so I ran 1 mile today.

I woke at 4:45 this morning and went running. Still trying to take it easy. It has only ben 8 hours since my last run. I ran 11 min miles. Felt good to run in the morning. I am also walking to and from work now a days so that is an extra 3 miles of calorie burning that will help me keep my weight down.

Felt sluggish ran avr of 9 min miles. I ws running about an 8 towards the end.
