ran 2 miles muscle were a little tight I wanted to loosen then up with a short run so I could do a longer run the next day Tuesday.
I ran 3 miles at a 10 min pace my body is feeling more in shape. I am going to make it a goal to not miss another day of my 6 day running even if it is just 1 mile.
Everyday
