I was introduced to running when I was about 8 years old and have loved it ever since. My 9th and 10th grade year of H.S. I ran for Box Elder, I transfered as a Junior to Sky View.
Favorite Blogs:
6 miles with Tyson and Ethan. Slow pace.
6 miles with Kyler on saddleback. I ate too much before and we kept the pace sub 7 so I didn't feel the best.
8 miles easy with Ethan.
4 miles very slow and very hard. I didn't feel good at all my legs were tired, I was tired and I felt like I was barely moving.
I was super busy and wasn't able to get enough miles the last half of the week.
