I did part of a track workout with Alex and Jordan 200, 400, and 800. Then I added on 3 miles with Ethan.

So we went 3 with Alex then Jordan and Ethan added on 3 more. It was a nice run but my quads were a little tired from yesterday and apparantly I am running the saltair half marathon on Saturday so that should be fun.
