I got married to my beautiful wife Alisha on 08/01/2008. We have 3 beautiful children Mitchell (born 04/20/2010), Payson (03/05/2012), and Penny (12/03/2013).
I'm in Wichita for work and decided to try cross training on the eliptical. I've only tried an eliptical once before and it was a long time ago. I was bad on it. I averaged 8:53 for 7 miles. Calf felt the same after the workout as it did before the workout, just a little sore.
Did the eliptical again. The good thing is I got a lot better on it after a couple of miles. For much of the 2nd half of this workout I was averaging 5:30 pace. Overall I did 10 miles at a 6:09 average. Calf felt good.
Hike Adams Canyon with my boys. I was super impressed with how well they both did without complaining. They are super good hikers for their age. It was a beautiful day!
