2 miles w/ strides warm-up, 8 mile tempo run, 2.06 miles cool down. For the 8 mile tempo the first 5 miles were slightly downhill and the last 3 were slightly up.  Finished a little lower than where I started so it wasn't quite honest.  AP:  5:21  Miles splits were:  5:25, 5:26, 5:25, 5:19, 5:22, 5:16, 5:19, 5:15.  This was a great workout.  I'm surprised at how strong I'm feeling these days.  Hopefully I'm not overdoing it.

I plan on running the Murray Fun Days 5k on Friday morning hopefully I'll see some of you there.

Great tempo, killed it. You have a summer marathon?

Great run Steve. You're very strong right now. Nice work at Ragnar too, that's a beast running all those miles and to kill the mountain climb at the end like you did!

Nice job Steve. Everything should be easy after running Guardsman.

Thanks guys!

@Holt I am doing that trail marathon I told you about in August (Skyline Mountain Marathon). I have yet to decide what I am going to do the weekend of the 24th

I will either run the des news 10k, half, or full, or I will run the Morgan Valley Marathon. I'm having a tough time deciding on what to do.

Then I will run STG for a fall marathon.

@Riley The Ogden crew needs you back, it has fallen apart without you. Any progress?
