This was supposed to be an easy run, but I pushed it a little. The pace was 7:30-800 for 4.5 of the miles. The rest was cooldown or warmup. I didn't feel particularly good or bad, and the miles passed quickly. My weight has been going up it seems. I don't understand. Maybe I'm retaining more water. Or maybe gaining muscle. Or maybe my body wants me to run in the Clydesdale division. But I'm sure things will work out as I continue to run consistently.
