Nice elliptical workout for 45 minutes. This was a good cardio workout and worked my legs but wasn't too hard on my body. My ligaments and tendons didn't feel as sore as they usually do after the pounding from a run. So I think it's a good thing for me to do once a week. By the way, after yesterday's tough run, my body was super tired. I decided to take this morning off and work out in the evening instead, and I think that was a good move.
