I ran another 8 miles on the treadmill. This was pretty boring. But I did push myself a bit at the end to spice it up. My pace was 7:30 average for an hour of running.

My GPS watch is in the mail, so I plan to get outside more after getting that.

Are you still planning on signing up for the St. George Marathon?

I've been sick the last week, hope to start feeling better for my Half Marathon this weekend.

Hi Dustin,

I've submitted my form for St. George. So now I'm just waiting for them to do the lottery. I will find out on May 11. Hopefully I'll get in.

Hope you are feeling better. Sounds like you've been hacking up a long while running, which is no fun.

What kind of watch did you order? Hope you get in the marathon.

The Garmin 205. I am excited.

I think you'll really like that watch.
