I ran 6.5 on the treadmill. The first mile was warmup because my legs were really stiff. I've had a hamstring/glute "strain" the past two weeks, and I felt it a little more than normal today, possibly due to the longer run on Saturday. It seems like it takes me awhile to shake off the cobwebs on Mondays after resting on Sunday, so usually I haven't felt like doing tempo/speed work on Mondays and push it to Tuesday, like I did today. Toward the end, I was running at 7:30 pace and feeling good. |
