I tried to run 2 miles today, but my arms and legs felt really heavy, so I mostly walked.  I had good God time, though, so it was worth it.  A dog bit me (a run-away, not a stray) and I tried to tell some people at the Food Pantry that there was a car with its lights on in the parking lot, but they didn't do anything about it.  I'm feeling less tired today than I have recently, but that might be because I've slept about 10 hours the last two nights.  I wish I could be on vacation every day.

Sounds like an eventful walk/run today, hope the dog bite wasn't too bad! Sounds like the extra sleep is paying off too, have to LOVE time off!

I am so glad you are still blogging while on your vacation. Those of us who arent as lucky (yet) really enjoy reading about your adventures!

Oh wow..that's my worst nightmare on a run. I am so scared of dogs that they paralyze me sometimes. I've learned to find big sticks or rocks to throw...sticks work better because I can ward off a dog with a stick and keep my weapon. Needless to say...I don't even really like dogs...trying to teach my kids to not be afraid of them unless they are without their owner in front of their property. Luckily this neighborhood we are in now is better and I haven't had as many dog adventures.
