5K -- 21:57; 10K -- 45:54; 20K-- 1:42:39, Half -- 1:39:30. All subject to improvement. Maybe. Or maybe not. | Testing the Achilles after three-plus days off. Eight miles seemed to be OK although we'll see how it feels in the morning. Wound up with a sub-9 average. It felt pretty easy, which may be related to rested legs. Being 33 degrees didn't hurt either; that's ideal running weather for me,

| Lots of hills. Lots of traffic at noon on Christmas Eve too. No real near misses though. AT acted up in the last mile and a half after coming up the hill on 58th or whatever that is. I shut it down instead of stretching it out to 10 as originally planned.

| Tried to do a sow 5 on Christmas morning in Bryant. Uh, no. By 1.5 miles the AT was screaming at me and it was only getting worse. So I walked/limped three-quarters of a mile back to the house. I'm gonna have to let this heal, however long that takes.
