5K -- 21:57; 10K -- 45:54; 20K-- 1:42:39, Half -- 1:39:30. All subject to improvement. Maybe. Or maybe not. | MP run on the mill. Lack of sleep during last night's shift meant not enough time to do the 15 I'd planned, so I did as much as I could, finishing at 7:20. Then showered and came upstairs. MP miles felt pretty good; able to push to 7.5 then 8 mph at the end. Lotta work to do in the next 47 days but this was a good one.

| 10K on the mill during a thunderstorm, mostly on the clock. I'd planned to do up to 7 until beeping took care of that plan. I was a little stiff after yesterday's MP run but eventually loosened up a bit. Still sleep deprived yet; I didn't get to sleep until after 11 this morning and the storm woke me up at 4.

| Progression run on the mill. Felt pretty good at MP for the last two miles but was breathing harder than I would have liked. Got it done without too much issue though.

| Took yesterday off with bad case of hitting the wall. Back at it today on the mill at 6.2. Legs wanted another day off, frankly, but I trudged through. Finally started getting loose after 4+. Beeper went off after 5.5 to dissaude me from going any further.
