5K -- 21:57; 10K -- 45:54; 20K-- 1:42:39, Half -- 1:39:30. All subject to improvement. Maybe. Or maybe not. | Progression run from the bank on Zero. Glen kept me company and kept up very well for 12.4, even though he'd never run farther than 13. But I dropped the hammer at 12.4 and ran MP the rest of the way. Glen didn't even try to keep up. Plenty of hills on the course so it was a good confidence builder for Boston. I may actually be able to race that sucker. Taper time; still plan some speed work between here and there and maybe a 10 miler next weekend.

| Ran with the Creekmore crew and pushed it a bit; I had to finish and get ready for work. Had a little tight spot in my left hammy last night which was still there a little bit but not a big bother. I think I averaged about 9:10 along Old Greenwood.
