5K -- 21:57; 10K -- 45:54; 20K-- 1:42:39, Half -- 1:39:30. All subject to improvement. Maybe. Or maybe not. | Slow 6 with the Chickens. Still a bit wheezy and lots of drainage but the big issue was just lack of fitness. Got it done though with a bit of progression.

| A slow 5 on a loop I haven't done before. Down Burnham to Rogers, down Rogers to 70th (almost getting run over by Hooters), 70th to Phoenix, Phoenix to 62nd, up the hill to Waldron and back home. It felt just like what it was -- my first back to back runs in a while. Finally got a little loose after I topped the hill on 58th and could maintain a semidecent pace from there on. But I am way out of shape with 108 days to go.
