After 84 laps yesterday, 80 more today, actually slightly faster overall. I'm just trying to have some level of overall fitness. If I have to walk some in Sweden, so be it; might actually be better considering I'll have three days of sightseeing in London after that. I was pretty stiff last night before I went to sleep, not so bad today. I'm hoping to get in 30 miles or so this week, just 5 or 6 at a time, then do a decent LR on Monday. |
