Really good get back into shape type of run. I started and felt really really good. I decided to go on the BST. I kept a really good pace for the first 3 miles, with splits of 6:23(uphill), 5:58, 5:51. On the way back I rolled my ankle(my good one), and had to walk it off for a little bit. It hurt a little the rest of the way back and I averaged a 7:04 for thise last few miles.
