3.57 miles @ 7:24 pace. Felt much easier than is should have, with the kind of shape i'm in right now. The earliest I will be able to go to practice is Friday. I should still be able to go running by myself more. I saw Jamison driving home during the run. It get a lot colder once the sun goes down. Was 37 degrees when I got back to my house!
