20 minute warmup, 400,600,400,600,400,600,400. THe field was wet, which was super annoying and gross. Times were a little slower because of that. 400's were within a few seconds of 83. 600's within a few seconds of 2:15. Did a barefoot cooldown which felt amazing. I haven't ran barefoot since running on the beach in North Carolina. Had an ultimate pushing bouncy house contest afterwards.
