There wasn't a choice for Olympic Gold in the goal section so that's why I put "other"

15.2 on the bike, south on the canal. Saw tracer walking which was hilarious. Just like old times. Also saw luke, who was working 5x harder than tracer, and some of the girls on the team. I did a 5,4,3,2,1 with short warmup and long cooldown. Here's the distance with the different times:

5-1.62 miles

4-1.18 miles

3-1.004 miles

2-.78 miles

1-.64 miles

long cooldown, and went slow the first few miles, but a bunch of people were passing me and that drove me crazy. Once a person went by that was going at a nice pace (appromamitley 25mph), I stuck on him until I went off the canal. Averaged 22.1 mph for the whole ride. 100 pushups in sets of 20 afterwards. After this week I will increase the #  in sets, the the number of total pushups.

I have work on friday, and i'm going to miss region. I'm supr mad, but not worried. At pre-region, we came in 4th and 5th place was 101 points behind us. If our top 5 runs a averaged race, they should make it to state, unless if somebody pulls a westlake. But 101 points is a lot to make up.

After Region, we should meet up on the canal and race. Biking, that is.

what kind of bike do u use? It really makes a difference. I use a mountain bike that the back gears don't work. Not that that matters. Get emotionally prepared to lose. How far?

I use Coach's road bike. I don't really care how long we race. 10-20 miles or so.

Haha. This made me laugh.
