Running Accomplishments:

I race 1500 meters but think i will also race 400 meters and 800 meters to help me run faster. I also like to run 5Ks.

Best 1500 meter time: 5:43.9

Short-Term Running Goals:

Continue to have the fastest mile in my school (2011, 2012, 2013). Run 1500 meters in less than 5:30.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run for the Oregon Ducks!

Personal:

I am 11 years old. I am Teena Marie's daughter, Rylee's, Payton's, Oliver and Livvy's sister, Annie's (andrea27) niece, and Smooth's honorary grand-daughter. I also love to play basketball. Tim Duncan is my favorite player.

I ran the Spanish Fork 5K race today. I ran it with my dad and my mom ran the half marathon. My mom told me to run my first mile easy, my second mile medium and my third mile hard. That is what I did. I felt great and I don't think anyone passed me the whole race except for in the first mile and I passed them all back up later. My paces were 8 53, 8 36, 7 29 and the last little bit was at a 6 55 pace. I passed a lot of people the last mile. I felt really good. A boy that was 16 years old tried to keep up with me the last mile but I ended up beating him. This is the fastest 5K I have ever run. My mom couldn't stop screaming when she heard that I was 5th overall for the women. Here is a picture of me after I got my award.

  

It was also fun to get to see Smooth. I also met Rachelle who is very fast and nice.
