Target = stay under 8:30 on flat or downhill terrain, same effort level on uphills. 8:56, 8:44, 8:45, 8:19 (last rep mostly downhill). 20 min. strength training. I thought I did really well until I came home and looked at the splits. Hm. Until I get myself back to the high school track, I guess I should just go by the effort level. |
