I'm new to running scene. My father, brother and brother-in-law have all ran marathons, so I thought I'd give running a try.

Coming off an injury (Excuses, Excuses!!)
Short-Term Running Goals:
Get some 5K's, 10K's and a few half marathons under my belt. Stay injury free to run the 2009 St. George Marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
2009 STG Marathon!!!!!!!!!!
Personal:
1 daughter who want to be a runner. She wants to be fast like her uncle and grandpa, not slow like her mom.

1 hour spin bike. Knee feels better but not great. Will probably just spin this week and attempt a run sunday or something.
