Running in non posted shoes, Asics Nimbus, today. I am not sure what I think about it. They definately dont have as much cushion as I am used to so I cant imagine running very far in them. The whole point in trying them was to see if possibly I dont need a posted shoe ( i.e. would knee pain go away, or would I stay injury free for longer than 3 or 4 months which seems to be the norm for me this year). My knee was the same, uncomfy for the first 1/2 block then not felt again. Mile 3 and 4 I just kept switching back and forth between thinking they would be ok and then back to thinking they just have no cushion, and I would rather run in a posted shoe. I will defintaly have to try them again on one of my next runs to see what I think. It is hard to tell anything after just one run.
