Walking today with 250 lunges. Beautiful weather and felt great. I love getting outdoors. I have said it before but there is no better way to start the day than with a walk or a run. Anything with some fresh air.
Another 4 miles of walking at night with my friend. We have talked about walking every night, hopefully we will start doing it more faithfully. We both have a few extra pounds we want to get rid of and we have thought that with exercising twice a day we will be able to.
