73F, 84%.  7:42 AP.  I finished up this run with a little progression, doing the last 5 in 7:25, 7:15, 6:48, 6:57, 6:48.  Not that 3 @ MP is that great, but I felt somewhat strong doing it - that's the new part.

Some tremendous chaffing in an unfortunate location though.  Discovered that while taking a shower.  It's a good thing we're about to go to church, because I need forgiveness for some of the things I said while the soapy water was running over it.

75F, 88%.  Drove to the track for 3 x (6 x 200m on/off).  I didn't time a single one; this helped me avoid the temptation to "see what I can do," which would probably lead to disappointment.  Good little starter workout though.  I'll be hitting the track a minimum of once a week, as I get rolling on my 5k training this fall.

75F, 95%.  To use TomK's term, this was a big runfail.  I am getting the kids' stomach bug...  Set out to run 12, but turned around well beforehand.  It turned out to be a wise move as I almost puked a couple times on the way back.  Work should be interesting.

76F, 93%.  8:08 AP.  I think it was a 24-hr bug that I had yesterday.  I was able to make it through work without puking, and feel decent today despite not eating much last night.  Felt a little weak on this run, but that is actually common for me so maybe I'm over it completely.

76F, 90%.  I got to work early and ran "on campus" since they have some running trails.  Turns out they're better suited for walking.  Too twisty turny and I had to run in circles just to get 3 miles.  Then I gave up.  The good news is the locker room at work had everything and I beat the traffic by leaving so early.  Next week I'm going to the greenway first and then go to work from there.  Then ill still beat most of the traffic but have a nice place to run too.
