AM:  64F, 94%.  8 @ 7:51 AP.  Drier air this week -- lower dew points, higher highs and lower lows, which is good for running...probably hit the track tomorrow.

Managed to barely tally 300 miles this month, with 7 missed days of running.  A pretty good sign, I think.  If I can keep my bad months around 300 and my good months 350+ then that'll give me a much better summer base than I've ever put down.  So here's to a good June, hopefully.

PM:  84F, 50%.  4 @ 7:55 AP.  2 x 1 min @ 5k pace.  With the dew point still down in the 60s it felt downright pleasant out there.

AM:  67F, 98%.  10 miles.  I went to the track today...I think for the first time in 2015?  Workout was 6 x 800, (400m rec).  Goal going in was only 5k pace (2:52) since I wasn't sure where I'd be -- other than strides, I haven't run 5k pace since November.  It went well though, probably owing to the ~1000 miles I've run in the past 3 months.  I averaged 2:46 (2:51, 2:46, 2:47, 2:44, 2:48, 2:40).  So probably closer to 3k pace which seems more appropriate for that workout.  I definitely won't be hitting the track as much this summer, but it's good to know the mileage is keeping me in decent track/race shape.

AM2:  83F, 54% (HI 85F).  4 @ 7:57 AP.  Nothing like a nice recovery run in racing flats.

If San Antonio is any kind of beacon for the latest fitness trends (hahaha), then rollerblading is making a comeback.

AM:  68F/98% -> 74F/90%.  20 @ 7:33 AP.  2 weekends in a row!  Although last weekend, I debated whether to keep going because I felt so good.  Today, by contrast, I was happy just to be done.  Still had a decent dew point today - it was on the rise but only topped out at 71.

Going to see the Spazmatics tonight!
