skipped this morning....40+ mph winds at 37 degrees...no thanks.  I think the extra day off will benefit me anyway.  It's been a really weird weather week.  The night we got home from Boston, we spent a couple hours in the tornado shelter as the sirens were going off.  Tonight it'll freeze which is weird for late April.

What a welcome home, seesh!! I think it's been a cool April for Texas as well. Then again, this is only my second year here.

Good running. (Last week and yesterday)

Man, a guy hits a milestone and isn't signed up for any more races, then the slightest, mildest bit of adverse weather conditions come up, and he stops training! Sheesh! Some people!

I still contend you are being held in OK against your will. That place sounds awful!

Sorry for your weird weather. It's probably because I prayed for cool weather for my marathon on Sunday and the only way to get it here was through Oklahoma. :-)

This must be the same bad Oklahoma weather that caused the accident involving seeaprilrun. Just yuck! I'd stay in, too.

There are signs and then there are signs... good decision. Have a plan for that 3:15 mile?

From SlowJoe on Tue, Apr 23, 2013 at 18:07:14 from 96.61.24.215

Dan - I have some workout ideas from Coach Google... To go 3:15 I might need a bike, but we'll see.

From Matt Schreiber on Tue, Apr 23, 2013 at 21:27:27 from 66.17.102.185

That's some strange stuff! It gets to a point where it's just pointless to even try running in the wind...
