62F, 7:55 AP.  I can still feel my calf, but it's better; probably just a little microstrain from Sunday's effort.  Acute injuries never worry me too much...can usually run right through them.

Don't know if the legs will quite be ready for LT pace tomorrow, but will probably give it a whirl.

Excited to see what happens tomorrow! I'm doing 15 medium/long tomorrow. :-)

Do you have a rolling device? The Stick is pretty good at working out knots.

LT "pace" changes all the time. LT "effort" is a consistent thing. Run by perceived effort. That way you apply the right stimulus w/out killing yourself to do it. And you might surprise yourself!

Have a fun workout tomorrow Joe! I think your legs are going to respond better than you think.

Thanks for the advice Jake. That one'll help me. :)

Good luck today.

IJR - look forward to hearing about it

Jason - I'll look in to it, thanks. I don't really ever do anything but run (no stretching, strength training, etc) and probably need to change that.

Jake - I'm glad you said that; my tendency is to shoot for the perfect pace right away and then pull the plug if it doesn't happen...I know better, but this was a timely reminder for me.

Matt - thanks, glad to have that one in the books

Flat - thanks
