50F.  8:22 AP.  Decided to go for a short test drive.  Felt ok, but I'll probably take another day or two off.  I want to make sure the legs are completely reset.  This next little block of training will be tilted toward the mile - 5k distances.  Then when it starts getting hot, I'll balance it out again with a bit of everything.
