40F, N 29-45 mph.  8:34 AP.  Really had an internal debate on whether to go out or not.  It wasn't raining, contrary to what was predicted, so I figured I didn't really have an excuse.  Some of the gusts would cause my feet to hit each other and I ran with a nice, big lean on my east-west road, but it's done at least.  I don't know if you can call it running but it was something..

I had the opposite experience here - woke up at a normal time because I figured it was going to be bad out there. It was 60 and calm. :-( The front is finally moving in but I am done listening to those weather guys. I don't think they have much of a clue.

Glad you could get your run in! How are the legs feeling/recovering?

They are feeling good again. I don't think I'm quite in shape to do anything big yet, but no aches, soreness, niggles, etc remain. How about you?

Glad to hear you are bouncing back.

Some days I feel pretty good, some not. Going to run a 5k on Sunday but I am not expecting big things. :-)

I wimped out and went to the gym :-) but then again you're much tougher than me!

That wind is ridiculous. Way to still get the run in!
