73F, 94%.  No running the last few days...have a ridiculous throat infection of some kind, but am on my 3rd day of antibiotics now.  The past weekend was busy.  I'm in San Antonio now (started new job yesterday), Danielle and the kids are back in Elgin.  Fortunately all the tornadoes were east of them.

Ran from the hotel to a HS track, to find it all fenced in.  I think I found a gap where I can squeeze in if need be, but tomorrow I'll jog to a couple more tracks and see if they are open.  Plan is to run easy for a few days, probably until this weekend when I'll (hopefully) feel better and can pick up where I left off.

Glad you're family is safe. I immediately looked at a map and saw you were safe. We have other friends who live in Chickasha and called them. Pretty scary stuff going on up there right now. My heart goes out for all those affected.

BTW...you sure changed you "Location" quickly on the blog. You must have really been ready to get out of Oklahoma!

Would you be available for dinner one night next week?

Joe,

I'm not sure about my running plans this weekend. I've got several options:

Run a 5K race here in San Marcos (It's one I did last year)

Do my Hill Blast Workout

Do an Easy Short Run

Go bike with the group for 40-50 miles

...or a combination Hill Blast/Bike Workout

Right now I'm kinda leaning toward the 5K Race.
