You have absolutely rocked the last 4 weeks Joe ... your summary misses one point ... you crushed at least 8 hard targeted workouts! Enjoy your recovery week & get lots of rest ... you are getting faster this week as a result of your hard work! No doughnuts! :)

Looking good, Joe. Here's a tidbit - a 45 year old running buddy of mine just ran a 2:55 at the Austin marathon - not an easy course. His mileage was 80's-90's and he peaked at 100 3 weeks out. So I would say you are looking good for a breakout performance.
