I stopped paying attention to running today for 1/2 mi.--while watching TV & running--all of a sudden I realized that I hadn't even been thinking about what I was doing--how fast or slow, how long it was taking, how I was feeling--my body was on autorun. It was a great feeling! That makes me think that maybe that is how it happens over time--your body just automatically goes in a totally natural manner. It was a (small) definite break though! |
