Not a great week for intensity, butI kept the goals for mileage and amount of time per day, so that's still good. This next week I need to bump up the intensity so I'm well prepared for the next 5K at Thanksgiving Point. I figure I need to bump up the mileage so I can get 3 mi. in at a relatively level course. There are so many hills around here that I have to go further to stay (sort of) flat. |
