5 mile bike ride today. My neck is really tweeked and has been for a couple of weeks. Not sure what I did to it, probably something related to cross fit. My energy level is also really low lately, probably because I haven't been working out enough. I am going to join weight watchers this week to try to get motivated again. I think I'm also really burnt out at work, my social work has gotten REALLY busy lately and I have more clients than I can see in a week. This is no doubt draining me. I need to take some control back. |
