Really don't know how many miles to log here. Drug myself to treadmill (my rental community has one I can use, only like my 3rd time on it in the 3 months I've lived here) Anyway...still not feeling 100% today but know I need some more mileage before tomrrow's 10k. So I did this lame cross training routine of like 5 min on treadmill, then bike, then eliptical, then repeated 3x. Yah, lame! I don't even know how long I was in the room, maybe 25 minutes? So I'm logging 2.5 and calling it good. Not feeling too great about tomorrow's race with all the sketchy training this week! |
