ladder workout 200, 400, 800, 800, 400, 200. Our last regular season workout. I cried on the cooldown.

B-Dubs for the Michigan 60 second 400 winners. Such good food.

Went to a tunnel with some pine view people, and joe, scott, sage people, and brecken people. were all people. brecken won region in soccer so that was great. she was in a good mood which was also great.
