Ran a hilly course from my house over to Lifetime fitness. Today's hills included: from the river bottom up to Lampton View, from the river bottom (west side) straight up 11400, the second portion of Parkway pallisades up to 1300 W, and Cemetery Hill back behind Lifetime over to 10600. Total run outside was 8 miles in 65 minutes. Then I ran 2 miles on the treadmill. Went home and fed the kids then walked back over to the gym carrying the 18 month old on my back, picked up my husband, and walked home (2 more miles and one more big hill with an extra 30+ pounds).
