This was a fun run.  I only wish it hadn't started almost an hour late.  Going in I had no expectations since I haven't really been able to train, so I was really surprised to end with an AP of 7:30.  My time of 1:38:27 is a new PR by 10 seconds.  The down hill was really fast, I'll be interested to see how fast I can run this race with some consistant training.   Felt pretty good most of the race, struggled a little the last mile or so.

It was fun to see Walter, Rad, Bec and others.  Walters costume was the best!

Woo Hoo!! Congrats on the PR, I knew you'd do a great job. You can just count the last couple months as a 'taper' for better things :) WONDERFUL time on the race! AND I had a great time visiting for SO long in the lodge :)

NICE JOB!!!! That is one heck of a race coming off your injury! You are going to kill that PR when you have some great training in you. Very impressive and glad you had fun!
