Attempted to run again today.  The knee doesn't seem to be getting any better.  I've scheduled an appointment with the Doc.  I hope I can get this thing figured out, I'd still like to run Hobblecreek and St. George.  I'm not sure though that its going to happen :(  No more running until I see the Doc on Wed.

I am so sorry you're having such a hard time with that knee! Glad you got an appt. with the doc to check things out. Let us know how it goes. I have a GREAT PT at TOSH that is amazing with knees and stability and running. LMK if you want his number.

Looks like I may need it, I'll let you know.

Thanks for the encouragement, hopefully I'll be back running with the group soon.

I'm sorry about the knee. I know how frustrating that can be. My daughter Christine has been having knee problems since last year after she ran the Provo 1/2 marathon.

I've been wondering how you have been. I'm so sorry to hear about your knee. I hope you get it better soon. We've missed running with you.
