1M, 1200, 800, 400, 400 with 2:00 rest between each interval except the 400s.
1M: 4:48 (nice)
1200m: 3:38
800m: 2:25
400m: 70
400m: 69
Still have no footspeed. I'm wonderig how many high school girls at MSHS could beat me in the 400m.
