I got lucky...kind of. I missed an absolute deluge of rain, but I did have to deal with some pretty stiff winds.
The workout was 2x2M @ 10:10 on 3:00 rest. To be honest, this shouldn't be that hard, but with such a stinker of a workout at the Dempsey last week, and with the windy day we had today, I was dubious.
First rep was in 10:04. Nicely done. It was easily sub five if you factor out the wind.
Second rep was 10:10. The final mile was exhausting as the wind seemed to be a huge factor. But I stayed tough and battled through to a target finish.
